To the mixture, add the glasses of milk and whisk well. Put the mixture in a saucepan with a few cinnamon sticks and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken.

Once it has thickened, remove from heat, allow to cool, divide into bowls and refrigerate. Add cinnamon to taste.
