Microwave banana and chocolate brownie

⚠️Antes to start: The riper the banana, the better. The oat flour can be neutral or flavored. In my case I used chocolate flavor. Once you have made the mixture, taste and add sweetener to taste if necessary.

In a blender cup, place the banana, egg, egg whites, beaten cream cheese, flour, cocoa, cinnamon and a pinch of baking powder. Blend everything and adjust the sweetness if you consider it necessary.

Grease a microwave-safe mold with a little olive oil. In my case I used a square glass tupper.

Pour the dough and cook for 5 minutes at maximum power. The time will depend on each microwave so it is better to put it 4 minutes and see how it is. It has to be wet and not too done, otherwise it would be more like a sponge cake.

Unmold and let cool slightly on a wire rack.

You can eat it like this or decorate it. I made a cheese cream by mixing a spoonful of cream cheese with a little milk, until I got a slightly liquid texture. I also melted an ounce of chocolate in the micro with a little milk. Some strawberries and blueberries, and enjoy😋
