Cut a bell pepper in half and roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Cut one of the roasted halves into pieces and sauté in a frying pan with a can of tuna and a handful of fresh spinach.

When the spinach has lost some of its volume, put the whole mixture inside the other half of the bell pepper. Put an egg on top and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
