For the dough: Dissolve the yeast in a glass of warm water to activate it. Put the flour, salt and EVOO in a bowl. Make a hole in the center, add the glass of water and mix everything. Knead and let it rest for at least 1h 30min with a damp cloth on top covering the dough ball.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Add the tomato with a little oregano, then the mozzarella and finally the toppings and the rest of the oregano.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
