Chicken curry with brown rice

Finely chop the onion (one) and in a frying pan with oil, start browning it, and add the tomato (it can be canned, to taste, or in my case natural tomato cut into cubes).

Then add salt and pepper and a teaspoon of curry and a little milk (the milk can be replaced by cooking cream or coconut milk which makes a thicker sauce).

In a separate frying pan, cook the chicken breast in small cubes. Once done, mix with the curry sauce and that's it! In my case I combined the dish with brown rice.
