Zucchini spaghetti with tomato sauce 🍝🥫🍅

Preparación de la receta

Cut the zucchini into thin strips or with a spiral vegetable cutter, simulating spaghetti and set aside.

Chop the onion, garlic and vegetables and set aside separately.

Add lime juice, stir and ready to serve.

Put a dash of EVOO in a frying pan over medium heat, add the ground oatmeal and cook until it turns light brown.

Then add the milk little by little, without forming lumps, stir until it thickens a little. Set aside in a bowl.
