Sauté the onion, the bell pepper and the zucchini over low heat. When it is soft add a little water and grated cheese. Leave for 5 minutes and blend to form a sauce.

Once the sauce is ready, add the eggs previously cooked (10 minutes), cut in half, on a slice of tomato on each half. Spread the slices of ham and sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
