Cut the cheese taco into fingers, or tacos of the size you want. Set aside.

To prepare the batter in a bowl: Beat 1 egg. Add 1 yogurt, salt and spices and mix well. Set aside.

In a plate, put crushed corn cereals. In another plate, whole wheat flour (the one you want).

We will now batter each taco in this order: 1. Egg mixture 2. Flour 3. Egg mixture 4. Crushed corn flakes Repeat with all.

Preheat the airfryer to 180°. Then, place a piece of cooking paper in the base of the basket and insert the battered tacos. Bake for about 7 minutes, until golden brown. It can be done in the oven, checking the time, which will certainly be longer.
