Put the peeled banana in the blender, the riper the sweeter, with the mascarpone and blend until it becomes liquid.

Put the mixture in ice cream molds, I have the "calippo" type from a certain Swedish store 😝.

Note, there are 200gr in total, but once liquid it is only about 160 ml🤪 be careful when counting. I only had 3 ice creams.
