Preparación de la receta

We put a pot on the fire with water and a splash of oil. Cut an onion in half and peel it, peel a tomato, take a bell pepper, wash it all well and put it in the pot. We also add the chorizo (I have put sweet but you can use the one you like the most and the quantity you see, I usually put a big piece per person).

Peel the potatoes and chop them. Once done we add them to the pot together with the peas (beans).

In a mortar we add: half a teaspoon of salt, 2 cloves of garlic, parsley (if it is natural better) a teaspoon of cumin, and half a teaspoon of sweet paprika (I usually use spicy paprika and less than half a teaspoon so that it does not sting too much since I also use spicy chorizo). We crush everything well.

Remove the tomato, onion and bell pepper from the pot and set aside, it will be used later to thicken the sauce. Pour everything we have crushed in the mortar.

We leave it on the fire until the potatoes are ready. To thicken we have to take the tomato, the onion and the bell pepper and pass it through the blender and add it to the pot. Another option is to take a piece of potato and with a fork mash it and return it to the pot, stir it all and that's it.
