Chop the garlic and crush it in a mortar with the parsley.

Beat the egg in a bowl and add the garlic and parsley. Mix and set aside.

We cook the potato, peel it and mash it. At the same time we fry the cod (a couple of minutes) in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil.

Remove the skin of the cod, and crumble. Add the potato, mash with a fork. Pour the egg mixture with the garlic and parsley, and mix everything.

We make small balls by hand, trying to keep them compact.

Place in the airfryer for about 15 min at 200°C.
