Wash and soak the buckwheat in abundant water for a period of 8 hours, so that the antinutrients "stay" in the water.

Wash the buckwheat and boil it with water for 12 minutes. When it is ready, drain it. And set aside.

In the meantime, cut an apple into thin slices! And roast it in the microwave for 2 min. After the time we take it out. At home we like it with golden apples, as this way we get a sweet touch!

In the same case where we have boiled the buckwheat, we add the buckwheat again once it has been drained, add the baked apple (you can reserve some for decoration), the aniseed, the cinnamon and cover with vegetable oat drink.

Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes, stirring often and correcting the vegetable drink! Ready! Enjoy!
