We put the eggs to cook.

Mix the tuna and mushrooms, previously cut a little to make them smaller.

Once the eggs are ready, peel them and mix them with the tuna and mushrooms.

In a tray, pour several spoonfuls of fried tomato to cover the bottom. The leftover tomato is added to the filling of our cannelloni.

Fill the cannelloni one by one and place them in the tray.
