Before starting, complete the ingredients that do not appear in the search engine: For the dough it takes also: 🍃Aove spread Realfooding ®️ and assorted spices. 🍃For the filling it takes a container of heura vegan chorizo.

Mix the ingredients of the dough and keep it 1/2 hour in the refrigerator, then stretch it and put it in the tartlets lined with baking paper. It is enough for 6 units. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200° and set aside.

Prepare the stuffing: 🍃In a pan with the 2 tablespoons of aove we sauté the leek with the pack choi, a pinch of salt and the cayenne. Add the broccoli, carrot and cauliflower (I used frozen and put it directly like this) and the vegan chorizo. When the vegetables are al dente, I added a splash of white wine, spices of all kinds and the shiitake mushrooms.

Then all that remains is to fill the tartlets, put the feta cheese in small pieces, black sesame seeds and more spices.
