Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat. Sift the oat flour to avoid lumps in the dough later.

Then mix all the dry ingredients, except for the cocoa powder.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites.

Mix the egg yolks with the cocoa powder until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Integrate all the ingredients slowly with wrapping movements until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Transfer the batter to a baking pan and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until your cake is done.

NOTES: Cooking time is relative because it depends on each oven. We whip the egg whites so that the cake has more volume and is fluffier. This is optional, you can add the eggs as they are. Also, once you have poured the mixture into the mold, you can add some chocolate chips on top. You can substitute the cow's milk with a vegetable drink. If you use a silicone mold, you don't need to grease it because it doesn't stick.
