Add the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and oil. Place the splatterproof grid on the lid and start 100°C at High Temperature for 3min. Then mix well with the spatula, place the measuring cup on the lid and chop 6 sec/speed 4.

Add the shrimp and sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Add the rice, broth, paprika and salt. Place the Varoma dish in position with the zucchini, mushrooms and salmon. Cover the Varoma and program 15 min/110°C/vel0.

Remove the Varoma and place the vegetables and salmon in a bowl. Pour in the rice and mix gently with the spatula. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
