Peel the bananas (the riper the better) and mix them with the oatmeal and eggs and beat with a blender.

When the mass is semi-liquid, add the teaspoon of cocoa and vanilla and whisk to mix.

Pour a little butter in the pan and when it is melted, pour the batter by spoonfuls (1 spoonful=1 pancake).

Cook over very low heat so that they cook evenly and turn them over when we see that the little circles come out.

If the dough sticks, add a little more butter.
