White beans, octopus and shrimp stew

Fry the onion, garlic and crushed green bell pepper in a little olive oil. Once poached, add the spoonful of paprika and a splash of optional white wine.

Peel the prawns, and reserve the meat. With the heads we will sauté it in a casserole and we will make a broth to add to the stew.

Add the broth to the sautéed vegetables and a potato. Let it cook for 15 minutes until it is half tender.

Finally add the cooked beans, the cooked octopus and the peeled prawns. We will give it 5 more minutes and if necessary rectify the salt. A little parsley on top and enjoy 😃.
