Notes to ingredients: You need also 4 tablespoons of coconut cream (the solid part of coconut milk). You can use the broccoli stalks if you want to take advantage of them, you don't necessarily have to make the sauce with the "flower" part. Salt and oregano are to taste.

Cook the broccoli, boiled or steamed. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend.

Add a little of the pasta cooking water (or any vegetable drink) to lighten it to the desired texture and whisk. Serve hot.
