Preparación de la receta

Add the aove, 25ml and chop the onion into julienne strips and garlic slices, fry with a little salt until well poached add the teaspoon of paprika De la Vera and half a glass of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, this sauce is set aside. Again add another 25ml of aove and the green and red bell pepper cut into strips, sauté and set aside.

We put a baking dish and cut the potatoes into small slices and put them in the bottom of the tray. We have the oven preheated to 200 degrees and put the potatoes until they are tender.

Then put the cod loins on top of the potatoes and add the two sautéed onion and bell pepper and put everything in the oven until the cod is ready.

When ready, serve with some of the sauce on top.
