Prepare the homemade caesar sauce -For 1 person (for me the amount was enough, but if you want to put a little more you can increase the yogurt) -1 big spoon of natural unsweetened yogurt or natural Greek yogurt with no added sugar. Or kefir -1 teaspoon of mustard (If it tastes too much like mustard add a little more yogurt) - 1 pinch of salt -1 pinch of pepper -1 teaspoon coriander -1 spoonful of lemon -1 splash of olive oil (liquid gold😍) -3 tablespoons of parmesan (Optional: 1 crushed garlic, and if you don't have cilantro you can try with parsley) And if you want for more people, double the quantities depending on how many people you are. Mix all the ingredients and add 1 or 2 cuacharadas to your salad. Mix✅
