Reineta apple flan in air fryer

The apples are reineta, but I did not let you put it. They are peeled and cut into small squares. In a frying pan with two tablespoons of coconut oil, sauté them together with the cinnamon. When it is well mixed, add a little water and cover and leave it for a few minutes until they are soft. Remove the apple without the liquid if it remains. And reserve a little bit of apple and the liquid in the pan. Add the carob and turn a few times. It absorbs the water and becomes thick like caramel.

The apples are put in the blender with the eggs, vegetable drink (I put vivesoy of nuts) and the erythritol (I put erythritol alone, not with stevia). Blend well.

Put the apple with the carob in the bottom of the molds and put the milkshake on top.

Place in the Air fryer for 16 minutes at 160°.
