First we cut the potatoes into small cubes. We wash them, dry them and "stain" them with a spoonful of oil. We put them in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, we cut the onion, fry it and set it aside. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and the onion. When the potato is ready, we also mix it.

Preheat a frying pan with a drop of oil. Pour half of the mixture, place the sliced goat log and then pour the rest of the mixture.
