The measurements are not right! The truth is that I have done everything a little by eye, but more or less it has been like this: For the bread: 1 egg 1 can of tuna 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour For the hamburger: 100 gr broccoli 100 gr chicken 1 egg

PAN : It is very simple. -Put it all together in a bowl, I have also added salt and garlic powder. - With the minipimer or a blender you grind it until it is liquid but thick. - Transfer it to a microwave safe bowl. - 1 minute at 900 + 2 minutes at 600 (depending on your microwave). Keep an eye on it until there is no liquid left. - Unmold it and cut it in half.

HAMBURGER: -Boil the broccoli - Grill the chicken - Put it all in a blender and grind it, not too much. - Add an egg, salt and grind again. - Take it out and put it straight into the frying pan.

Maybe the burger could use another egg, so it wouldn't be so crumbly. 😊
