Soak the soybeans in warm water for 30 minutes.

We make a good stir-fry of chopped onion, a little garlic, chopped fresh mushrooms and mushrooms, add salt and a little pepper and if we like a little white wine.

When our vegetables are half cooked we add the soybeans and the drained chickpeas, we leave it on the fire for at least ten minutes stirring from time to time. Finally we add a little fried tomato, just to give it a little color. Ready to eat, bon appetit! ☺️
