Broccoli au gratin with whole wheat bechamel sauce and 4 cheeses

We make the broccoli. Preferably steamed. If not, boiled. We leave it a point aldente and drain. When it is well drained we put it in a tray suitable for oven. I used frozen broccoli and I did it 9 minutes in the big lekue at 900w.

We proceed to make the béchamel sauce with the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the whole wheat flour of choice, I used spelt flour, sometimes I use whole oat flour or whole wheat flour and stir. Add 500ml of milk or vegetable drink of your choice and salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir continuously until it reaches the desired thickness, being careful not to leave lumps of flour. Pour the béchamel sauce on top and sprinkle with gratin cheese. In my case my favorite. Mix 4 cheeses.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees or until golden brown and the bechamel sauce is ready. Enjoy. Enjoy! If you do it, let me know. I hope you like it 😊
