Mash the banana, the riper the better, the sweeter the cookies will be.

Add the oil and the egg. Mash everything well.

Add the oat flakes and mix well with a spoon or spatula.

Finally, add the grated coconut and the chopped nuts. Stir gently again.

Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape the cookies with a spoon. OVEN: 20-25min at 180*C. WARNING: If you use the fan then leave them less time, I have been a little browned 😝.
