Beat two eggs, a can of tuna, a pinch of salt and a pinch of yeast (a dessert spoon).

We choose a tupper or square container (sandwich bread shape) that can be put in the microwave, pour the mixture and heat it for 3-4 minutes.

Remove the bread and let it cool. Finally, we put it in a griddle or toaster to toast it well. As the bread already contains eggs and tuna, I added asparagus, spinach and tomato :) It doesn't taste like tuna at all!
