Baked sea bass with ratatouille

Chop all the vegetables and sauté in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and black pepper.

Turn the oven on at 180° up and down heat, wrap the sea bass in vegetable paper with olive oil and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.

When the vegetables are poached, add the fried tomato and let it integrate with the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Serve the sea bass with the ratatouille.
