Mix 70 ml of milk or vegetable drink, 50 g of Aove, 2 tablespoons of date paste (or more if you like it sweeter) and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. To this mixture add 120 g oat flour, 80 g whole wheat flour and 3 g baking powder. We will have a uniform dough that we can handle without problem, we make a ball with it. Spread the dough between two baking papers until it is about 6 mm thick or to taste. We make the shape with a glass upside down and place them on the baking tray. Repeat this step until all the dough is finished. Bake until they acquire a golden touch at 170°. 👇🏻 Cookie recipe from @petit_fit.

Mix the natural Greek yogurt + cream cheese (I sweetened with a small spoonful of honey). Let the cookies cool.

Chop the mango and mash it (I did not add sweetener because it was quite ripe, but you can add if you want).

In the ice cream mold, pour a layer of crushed mango, another layer of the cream cheese and yogurt mixture and finally another layer of crushed cookies.

Freeze 5 hours. And enjoy 🤤.
