Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices half a finger thick (or as you like more). Put them in a baking tray with a little EVOO, salt, onion and garlic powder and put them in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

When the potatoes are done, put the salmon on top with a little olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper and 15 minutes more.
