Bring water to a boil (about the same amount of water as couscous) and when it is boiling, add the couscous (I used 75 grams for one person) and remove from the heat for a few minutes until it is hydrated.

Add an egg and salt and pepper to taste.

On a pizza base with parchment paper and with the help of a spoon, spread the dough and put it in the oven for 10-15 min. preheated to 200 degrees approx.
