GACHAS: in a saucepan, mix the milk with the flakes and stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes, then cool and refrigerate.

Add on top of the porridge two tablespoons of homemade jam (recipe posted on my profile) and refrigerate.

COVERING 🍫: in the microwave melt two ounces of chocolate with a teaspoon of olive oil at 30-second intervals, add it on top of the jam and refrigerate to solidify.

Break up the topping with a spoon and enjoy 🤪🤪.
