We cut some broccoli and cook it with water for a few minutes (to prevent it from getting hard, besides I have always heard that it can be indigestible for some people if it is not cooked well). Once cooked a little bit we reserve it.

Cut all the vegetables and cook them until they are golden brown. Add the broccoli and season with salt and pepper. We can also add a little garlic powder and soy sauce to give it a tastier touch.

Tip: accompany these vegetables with a little white rice, they are SPECTACULAR.
