Beat the egg whites and egg, add the cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and almonds. Mash the banana with a fork and mix well. Chop the walnuts a little, leaving some for the end.

I put them to rest for 10 minutes. But until they cool down (although the one I tasted as soon as they came out of the micro, was very tasty).
