INGREDIENTS -150g firm tofu -Whole wheat wrap -Half a teaspoon of onion powder already -Half teaspoon cinnamon Quarter teaspoon of nutmeg -Half teaspoon of nutmeg One-half teaspoon black pepper -Half a teaspoon of garlic powder -Half a teaspoon of sweet paprika -Half teaspoon salt Half teaspoon spaghetti seasoning -Half teaspoon spaghetti seasoning -Lettuce -Tomato -Onion -Yogurt sauce (you can make it homemade. STEPS: 1-Cut the tofu into very thin slices. The thinner they are, the more similar the texture will be to that of the kebab.

2-Mix all the spices in a shallow bowl and bread the tofu on both sides. Let it macerate for at least 20 minutes.

3-In a frying pan with a little oil, toast the tofu on both sides until the corners are a little hard.

4-Lay the wrap on one side.

5-Remove the wrap from the pan and place the filling (lettuce, tomato, onion, tofu and sauce) on the toasted side and close.
