Make a chicken broth with the vegetables you like the most. I have listed some of the most common ingredients (onion, leek, garlic, carrot, green beans...). Cook everything over medium heat. Seasoning is very important.

When everything is cooked, strain and reserve the ingredients. Set the chicken aside and shred it into strands.

Bring the broth to a boil and reduce it a little. Add the remaining diced vegetables, from harder to softer: potato, pumpkin, broccoli, zucchini... you can vary them according to taste or season. Leave on the heat until the vegetables are cooked.

While cooking, you can add some coriander leaves.

When all the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat. The soup is ready to eat.

Do not forget to serve it with sliced avocado, cream cheese and lemon.
