This step is optional but highly recommended: Leave at least 20 min the tofu with a splash of soy, paprika, pepper, salt, oregano (and all spices to taste).

While the tofu is marinating: We cut an onion, garlic and pumpkin, fry it with a little oil until it softens. Once the pumpkin is soft, mash it and add a little water so that it is not so thick.

Once the desired texture is achieved, season with salt and pepper and add a little turmeric and even curry (whatever you like).

Let the sauce simmer for about 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, drain the tofu and cook it in the pan.

Add the tofu to the sauce, leave it for a few more minutes and ..... READY!
