Preparación de la receta

Cut the bread into 2 slices (it can be white or wholemeal). Spread the fried tomato with no added sugars and spice with garlic powder (optional).

Top with a slice of light cheese (if you want it to be more melted, I recommend the tranchete).

Place the chicken, (in my case I used leftover rotisserie chicken from another meal), but I recommend that the chicken be cooked before putting it in the panini.

Add the red bell pepper cut into small pieces and washed (better small pieces so that it roasts faster). And add the oregano (optional).

Put it in the oven or in the Airfryer for 10 to 15 minutes (until the bread is crispy and the bell pepper is roasted) and it's ready! I put it in the Airfryer with the pizza mode. I hope you like it :)
