Ice cream bonbon

Mash the blueberries with a little milk or water to make it creamier. I don't put it in ingredients because it is optional. I didn't put any this time and other times I have put a little (very little) milk or water.

Put in a bowl and add the mascarpone. Mix until everything is integrated. Put in an ice cream mold, a chocolate mold or in a tub.

When frozen, unmold. Heat the chocolate with the coconut oil in the micro at 30-second intervals so that it does not burn. Dip the ice cream in the hot chocolate and place on baking paper. It hardens immediately. Keep in a tupper the ones that you are not going to consume and store in the freezer. Leave about ten minutes out of the freezer before eating to make it creamier.
