Take two ripe avocados and cut them in half. Remove the filling by peeling the avocado "peel".

We crush the avocado filling with the help of a fork and when we no longer fear pieces we add the two cans of light tuna and the egg and a half cooked to pieces. Mix it all together.

Add two teaspoons of mustard and about three tablespoons of mayonnaise. You can do this to your taste, depending on whether you like more or less mayonnaise or mustard. I have also added a pinch of salt and pepper.
