Let the 100 grams of pitted dates hydrate for one hour (if we want to make it faster, 2 minutes in the microwave).

We grind the almonds in a food processor until we have almond flour or we can also buy it already made.

Add all the ingredients to the food processor: almond flour, hydrated dates, raisins, cashews and essence of choice.

Grind until the dough has a completely homogeneous consistency.

Expand the dough on a parchment paper. We can help us by wetting our hands a little with oil. We try to extend it giving it a rectangular shape.

We put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour so that it becomes hard.

We take out the dough already more curdled and split 10 pieces so that each one has 130 kcal as the original ones 😜.
