Boil the noodles according to the brand name.

Cut the chicken into strips and season with ginger powder and a pinch of salt. We also cut the vegetables into thin strips.

We put in a frying pan a splash of oil and fry the vegetables together with the chicken.

When the vegetables are softened and the chicken is browned, add about 5 tablespoons of chicken broth and 5 tablespoons of soy sauce (play a little with the quantities, it should be a little liquid at the beginning and it will evaporate).

We wait for the vegetables to absorb a little of the sauce and add the boiled noodles. Stir for about 5 minutes, to take the flavor (in this step you can add more soy sauce if you see it too dry ... I really do it by eye until it is juicy). And to eat! ❤️
