Soak the chickpeas the day before.

Grind ingredients, without pureeing them. Add if you want a stronger flavor, salt, pinches of spices (cumin, curry, parsley, garlic, pepper, coriander... ).

Put baking paper on a baking tray, and place small quantities, the size of medium-sized croquettes, molded with your hands and flattening them a little.

In a preheated oven at 200 degrees C, bake on a medium rack, 15 minutes, turn them over and bake another 15 minutes. To consume with some sauce, yogurt sauce, tzatsiki type, mayonnaise...
