Hake balls with potato and vegetables

Finely chop the vegetables and the potato and poach. When they are almost done, add salt and spices to taste (in my case garlic, black pepper, oregano, parsley and a teaspoon of mustard).

Chop the hake together with an egg and the poached vegetables. Shape it with your hands, coated in a little oil. Bake in the oven at 180-200° about 20-30 minutes.
