While you heat the oven, peel, cut, wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into the shape you like best. Wash them with water and then dry them, the latter is important.

Add a spoonful of flour, I used whole wheat flour, and stir the potatoes until the flour sticks to all of them.

It has to be something like this, it doesn't need much. This will also make the potatoes crispy on the outside, a real fantasy.

Now add over the entire surface without stirring or mixing: salt, black pepper, oregano and a drizzle of oil.

Now straight into the oven, I have left it for 15-20 mins at 200 degrees up and down heat. You will have to take into account the oven you have and the amount you are cooking. It will be done when you see that some parts begin to take color and you see a little toasted.

Last but not least, because it will give the definitive touch to the potatoes, sprinkle parsley (I used the dried one) and powdered cheese on top. The cheese of your choice, but in powdered form. Either Parmesan or grained padana or whatever you can find.
