- Make homemade muesli with oatmeal, natural nuts, 100% chocolate powder and cream of 8 dates. First preheat the oven to 180°. Put in the tray the oatmeal, the natural nuts, 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder and the date cream. To make the cream, soak 8 dates in a glass of hot water for 10 minutes. Then remove the stone and beat everything to make a cream. Add it to the tray and stir everything. Finally, put the muesli in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring so that it does not stick.

Let the muesli cool and take a bowl. Add the muesli, 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt and the fruit, banana and blueberries.

We make the homemade strawberry and blueberry jam. Blend the fruit and add 1 teaspoon of chia. Ready. Add it on top of the bowl.
