Rye and oatmeal cookies with various toppings

Beat in a blender: 2 eggs, stevia, banana and dates. Add stevia or any other sweetener to taste.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil and a "trickle" of milk. Then add the cup of flour little by little.

When a consistent dough is formed, although somewhat liquid, the round cookies can be formed with a spoon.

When the cookies are ready, cut a few pieces of 85% chocolate and a few pieces of dates.

Put them in the oven for 30-40min depending on the thickness of your cookies and the power of your oven. I put it at 180°C for about 25 minutes and the last minutes of baking I raised the temperature to 200°C to make them crispy on the outside.

Before they cooled, I added some peanut butter on top. They are delicious! 😋 Be careful not to overdo it, occasional consumption. I hope you like them.
