Wash the rice several times until the clear water comes out without starch. Cook it boiled. Remove and let it cool well. Add teriyaki sauce or sweet soy sauce, according to taste.

Wash the spinach well and soak it with a little baking soda. Cut the salmon into cubes and cook it in a non-stick pan without oil. Toast the almonds in a non-stick frying pan without oil or anything else until they smell toasty 🤤. Boil the eggs and cut them into small pieces. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and add some Mäille brand honey mustard, that's a personal craving of mine but can be avoided.
