In Lekue put the potatoes 10 min (half done).

Poach onion and set aside

Finish cooking the potato with the onion.

Beat eggs and once beaten add the potato and onion and stir gently. Salt

Add to the frying pan, let it cook for half a minute, and turn! Another half minute...

And voilá! juicy inside! Just right!
